One of Europe’s toughest endurance
challenges, the 10-mile International Snowdon Race involves
running from the edge of Lake Padarn in the village of
Llanberis to the highest summit in Wales and England and
back down.
Ian achieved an amazing result, finishing in 2 hours 29 minutes
and his support, interest and hard work resulted in a tremendous
£942.50.
“I spent over 4 months training, averaging
around 15 miles per week - with an emphasis on hills
not surprisingly!” |
